Our Biography

Chris & Kima are an international Christian R&B recording duo, songwriters, and executive producers heading the independent imprint Chris & Kima Record. Based in Pennsylvania, the husband-and-wife team represent the intersection of world-class musical craftsmanship, executive show-business rigor, and uncompromised Kingdom purpose. Merging timeless contemporary R&B rhythms, rich vocal arrangements, and bold gospel truth, Chris & Kima engineer anthems transcend the sonic mainstream. Their expansive catalog is anchored by monumental achievements—from their foundational 19-track project Summer with Jesus and high-impact cinematic music videos like "Keep it Holy," "Guinea Pig," and "Heal Me Right Now," to their historic 42-track opus, Heaven Songs (scheduled for release on April 30, 2027, across Apple Music and YouTube Music). Surpassing milestone track counts from landmark releases like Kanye West’s Donda (32 tracks) and Maverick City Music (22 tracks), this record-setting 42-song journey cements Chris & Kima as visionary architects of modern faith-based music. Beyond their personal artist discography, Chris & Kima function as full-service, turnkey hitmakers. Inspired by the legacy of elite producers who craft entire sonic identities, the duo writes, composes, mixes, masters, distributes, and visually co-signs full master recordings for select talent worldwide. Whether commanding the stage as an international headline concert act across North America, Europe, and Africa, or developing radio-ready records from the ground up, their work reflects an uncompromising standard of cultural presentation and technical excellence. Rooted in commercial self-reliance, Chris & Kima preserve total artistic autonomy and pricing integrity across every project they undertake. Crucially, their enterprise is driven by a deep humanitarian mission: exactly 10% of gross fees from all headline bookings and executive production contracts is dedicated and disbursed directly into the Chris & Kima Church Rent Relief Fund. This initiative provides vital financial grants to independent, urban, and rural ministries facing lease obligations, ensuring faith communities keep their physical doors open. Standing as an enduring benchmark of musical mastery, entrepreneurial freedom, and Kingdom impact, Chris & Kima continue to elevate modern music with purpose, power, and prestige.
